It is important that the medical certificate is issued in English. However, please note that not all laboratories provide a translation service.
A medical certificate, along with the laboratory reports, stating that you are not suffering from any contagious or infectious disease, an HIV test, Hepatitis B test, and a chest X-ray performed in the home country (original report).

Upon arrival, you will be required to undergo another medical examination. A medical certificate must be provided, stating that there are no contagious or infectious diseases present. An HIV and Hepatitis B test, as well as a chest X-ray, should be conducted at a private laboratory/clinic/hospital in Mauritius, and the medical certificate should be submitted to the Passport and Immigration Office no later than one month after the student's arrival in Mauritius.
